Training

This is where the training starts – the Performance Level™ chart.  See where you are and decide where you want to be.  We have the training program to help get you there.  The male and female charts both identify a performance color based upon your finish time for any of the four race distances listed: 5K, 10K, 13.1 and 26.2. As your times improves, you will move up the performance chart and eventually into a new performance level color. All our training programs are free. "Purchase" one through our store to download immediately.
